AI-Native Business Transformation. Engineered.
We put AI to work in your business. Then we keep it running.
Most businesses have tried AI. Few have it doing real work. We build it into how your business actually runs: we find the work that's slowing you down, build the automation and AI agents that take it over, and stay on to keep it running, checked by people, and under your control. Built for businesses with 10 to 250 employees.
Sound familiar?
You don't need to know what to call it. You just know it's costing you.
Every one of these is fixable. Fixing them is what we do.

The gap we fill
Most businesses have tried AI. Very few have it doing real work.
The projects that pay off have three things in common: they start with one real problem, they fit into how the work actually gets done, and someone stays to keep them running. Most of the options in front of you do one of those, at best. We do all three.
Big consulting firms
Priced for the Fortune 500. You get a strategy deck, not a working system.
Agencies
They build the website, run the ads, hand you a report. Nobody is running the business underneath it.
Freelancers
One person, one skill. Everything else gets handed off, and nobody owns the whole thing.
AI tool vendors
They sell you a tool and leave. Making it work in your business is your problem.
What we build
Four things we build. One team that runs them.
Every engagement starts with the diagnostic and ends with us running what we built, with you. This is what goes in between.
How every engagement runs
Assess. Architect. Build. Align. Amplify.
Find the problem and what it's costing you. Design the fix. Build it. Get your team and your data on the same page. Then keep improving it. We apply it flexibly, not as a rigid checklist.
Assess
Map what's actually broken. Put a dollar figure on it.
Architect
Design the fix before anything gets built: the data, the connections, the order.
Build
Build the systems that remove the constraint: custom software, AI agents, data layers, integrations, automations. Whatever the fix actually requires.
Align
Make every system, report, and team speak the same language.
Amplify
Keep improving it. It gets better every quarter, and we report what it earned you.
How it grows
Crawl before you walk. Walk before you run.
Most AI projects fail because they start too big. We start with one problem, get it working, and build the next step on what's already paying off. The goal: AI handles the routine work, and your people handle the judgment calls.
Get the basics right
FoundationClean data and connected systems. You can't put AI on top of a mess.
AI helps your team
CrawlAI drafts, summarizes, and answers inside the work your team already does: follow-up, intake, reporting.
AI does the work
WalkAgents handle whole tasks, like follow-ups, documents, scheduling, and payments. A person approves the calls that matter.
AI runs with oversight
RunAgents working across the business, with one screen showing what they did and where they stopped for a person.
Everything AI for your business
From the systems your AI runs on to agents running the operation.
We design it, build it, and run it, custom to your business. No handoffs between vendors, and one team accountable from the first system to the last agent. If you need something that isn't listed, we'll tell you straight whether it's worth building.

No lock-in
We work across the AI models that matter, so you're never stuck with one.
We don't sell you a model. We build the architecture that lets any model do the work, and we're fluent across the families that matter. We pick the right one for the job, and you can swap it later without a rebuild.
Primary across most builds
Where it's the right fit
Long-context + multimodal work
On-prem & sovereign deployments
Model-agnostic by architecture. The model is a config decision; the system around it is the asset.
Proof, not promise
Live systems. Real operations. Quantified where it's measured.
We don't show client logos we can't earn or numbers we can't defend. These are anonymized engagements with figures pulled from the actual work. We label what's modeled versus measured.
How we stay
We own the architecture. You own the tools.
Every software subscription goes on your card, not ours. We don't resell tools or mark them up. You pay us to design it, build it, and keep it running.
The monthly retainer is what keeps the systems running and improving. It's your license to what we built, maintained inside your business. If you stop, you keep your tools, your data, and your code, and the documentation ships with every build so your team can take over. What you lose is us keeping it running.
Diagnostic. We find the constraint and put a dollar figure on it.
First fixed-scope system scoped, built, and live.
Managed optimization and reporting begin. You see what it drove in dollars.
Second workflow added if the ROI supports it. The system compounds.

What does "AI-native business transformation" actually mean?
We build AI into the parts of your business that already run every day: lead follow-up, quotes, scheduling, reporting. Not a chatbot on the side. Then we stay to keep it running, checked by a person, so nothing runs unsupervised.
How much does this cost?
Start is free: a 30-minute diagnostic or a 20-question readiness assessment. The Blueprint, a fixed-fee plan you own, starts at $1,500. Build and Stay pricing depends on scope, and you get a written, phased price before anything starts.
Do we need to already be using AI?
No. Most of our clients have tried AI tools and gotten little from them. We start with a diagnostic that finds the work actually costing you money, then build from there.
How is this different from an agency or a software vendor?
We own the architecture and stay to run it. You own the tools, the data, and the code, so there's no lock-in. We're not reselling software subscriptions, and we don't hand you a deliverable and disappear.
Do you work outside the Southeast?
Our primary focus is North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Mississippi, but all work is remote, so we take clients anywhere in the U.S.

Engagement starts here
Start with the diagnostic.
Thirty minutes. We map your operation, name what's actually slowing it down, and tell you what we'd do if we were running it. You get a written assessment after the call, whether you hire us or not.
Not limited to what's listed. Every engagement starts by assessing what your business actually needs, and we build whatever it requires.
