Work
Live systems. Real operations. Quantified where it's measured.
Case studies
Real engagements. Different industries. One architecture.
Each case study walks through the situation, the systems architected across Foundation to Crawl to Walk to Run, and the outcomes measured. Every modeled projection is labeled. Every real figure is shown plainly.
A note on the numbers
No client names. All outcomes labeled real or illustrative.
Client identities are not disclosed. Operations are described by sector and characteristics, never by name.
Numbers drawn from actual work, including occupancy rates, contact lists, and fee structures, appear without qualification.
Any figure that is a projection, a benchmark, or a model-based estimate carries the Illustrative label. No exceptions.
Questions
Straight answers.
Common ones, answered directly. If yours isn't here, email it.
Why are the case studies anonymized?
Client confidentiality. Every number on this page is real, pulled from a live engagement, and labeled measured or modeled. The company names are withheld, not the results.
What's the difference between "measured" and "modeled" results?
Measured means we have direct data: logs, dashboards, before-and-after numbers. Modeled means the number is a reasonable estimate based on the scope of what was built, clearly labeled as such, and never presented as a measured result.
