KRASTOR

Krastor Talent Initiative

You are not behind. You are at the starting line.

College teaches theory. The market demands experience. Employers want credentials you can only get from a job they won't give you without credentials. The loop doesn't break on its own. Krastor is what breaks it.

The gap is real

Structural. By design. Breakable.

The entry-level credential loop is one of the more cynical structures in the American labor market: employers require two years of experience for jobs that exist specifically to give people two years of experience. The loop does not break from the outside. It breaks when someone hands you real work.

The traditional response, whether internships, academic projects, or certification programs, doesn't fix it. An internship where you shadow someone is not the same as owning a deliverable. An academic project graded on process is not the same as a system a client uses on Monday morning. A certificate is not proof.

Proof is what you built. Proof is what shipped. Proof is the client who can describe what you did. Krastor generates that proof. The work is real, the clients are real, and the architecture decisions are real. That is what this initiative exists to do.

My story

I lived this. Recently.

Greyson Jones. Founder. Ole Miss MIS, May 2025.

“I graduated from Ole Miss in May of 2025 with a degree in Management Information Systems. I did what you're supposed to do. Applied to the right companies, showed up to the career fairs, networked with the recruiters, landed a corporate gig. And I was miserable.”

I spent several months inside a consulting and staffing firm, embedded in the enterprise CRM world, watching big business operate from the inside. I learned real things. I also learned that I was building someone else's thing, on someone else's timeline, toward someone else's outcome. That realization was enough.

I left and started Krastor at 22. That decision was available to me because of exactly one structural fact:

“You have no mortgage. Probably no kids. No lease you can't break, no lifestyle you can't scale down. Your overhead is the lowest it will ever be in your adult life.”

That window closes. It closes slowly, then all at once: mortgage, dependents, fixed costs, risk tolerance ground down by obligation. The guys who build something meaningful almost always started when they had nothing to lose.

“Every year you wait, the stakes get higher, the obligations get heavier, and the fear gets louder.”

The initiative is not an encouragement to quit your job. It is an on-ramp to real work while the window is still open, before the stakes get heavier.

How it works

Real engagements. Real deliverables. Real proof.

Not a shadow program. Not an academic exercise. Embedded on active client work alongside senior team members, with actual responsibility.

01

Embedded on active client engagements

Participants work alongside the Krastor team on live client work: the same diagnostic process, the same architecture decisions, the same deliverables that go to real operators running real businesses. Not internal simulations.
02

Paired with senior team members

Every participant is paired directly with Greyson or Carson, not left to figure it out alone. The pairing is deliberate: you work on what they're working on, you see how decisions are made in real time, and you own a slice of the outcome.
03

Real deliverables, real responsibility

A deliverable that ships and gets used. Architecture documentation a client relies on. A system that runs in production. The test isn't 'did you learn something.' It's 'can you show someone what you built and describe what it does.'
04

Proof, not a certificate

You leave with a portfolio artifact that is traceable to a real engagement. That is a different category of credential than a course completion or a university capstone. The market responds differently to it.

Program status

Being built in the open.

The exact cohort length, compensation structure, and intake cadence for the Krastor Talent Initiative are being finalized as the firm scales. What is not being finalized: the model. The model already exists. Carson Turner joined Krastor as a recent graduate and runs technical execution on live client builds. That is the template. If you want to be among the first cohort, reach out now. That conversation is open.

Why clients should care

When you hire Krastor, you're not just getting a transformation firm.

You're supporting the next generation of operators. That claim is grounded in how the firm already works, not in a future initiative.

The big consulting firms cannot make this claim with a straight face. Their analysts are credentialed to death and have never run an operation. Krastor can make the claim because the team is already built this way: a May 2026 Computer Science graduate runs technical execution on live client builds. The founder is 23. This is not a program the firm is building. It is the firm describing how it already operates.

A client engaging Krastor at any tier is simultaneously funding an engagement that will have produced a trained AI-systems operator by the time it closes. That is a different kind of value than what you get from a legacy consulting firm deploying a 28-year-old analyst who has never touched a live system.

The starting line

“You are not behind. You are at the starting line of your actual life. Not the life your parents planned for you, not the life your school prepared you for. The one you're going to build with your own hands.”

The window is open. The work is real. The proof is yours to build.

Engagement starts here

Want in? Or want to send someone our way?

Thirty minutes. We map your operation, name what's actually slowing it down, and tell you what we'd do if we were running it. You get a written stack assessment after the call, whether you hire us or not.

Not limited to what's listed. Every engagement starts by assessing what your business actually needs, and we build whatever it requires.
