Krastor Inc. (“Krastor,” “we,” “us”) operates krastor.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Short version: we collect what we need to serve you. We do not sell it. You can request deletion at any time.

1. What We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit a contact form, request a diagnostic call, complete the AI Readiness Assessment, or sign up for email updates, you provide some or all of: name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your business situation.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
  • Analytics: page views, session duration, and interactions via Google Analytics.
  • Cookies and tracking — see our Cookie Policy.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request
  • Schedule calls and assessments
  • Send insights and updates — only if you opted in
  • Understand how visitors use the site and improve it
  • Meet legal and contractual obligations

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to operate the site and understand how it’s used. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie we set, its purpose, and how to opt out.

5. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and contact data for as long as needed to serve you, and for up to three years thereafter for business records. Analytics data follows Google Analytics default retention settings. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.

6. International Data Transfers

Krastor is based in the United States. If you access the site from the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We honor data subject rights requests regardless of where you are located.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
  • Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose. We do not sell personal information.

EU / UK residents (GDPR): You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. Children

krastor.com is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
