The Krastor Blueprint
Know exactly what to fix, what it costs, and what it's worth. Before you build anything.
Why it exists
The step between “we should do something” and a full build.
Most businesses know AI could help and have no idea where to start, what it would cost, or whether it would pay. So they stall, or they buy a tool that sits unused.
The Blueprint removes the guesswork. For a fixed, scoped fee, you get a clear-eyed read on your whole operation and a concrete plan with real numbers attached. It is the cheapest, fastest way to find out exactly what a build would involve, before you commit to one.
It is a finished deliverable, not a deposit on a bigger sale. You pay a fair fixed price, you get a real plan, and it is yours to act on however you choose.
What you get
Four deliverables. One document you can act on.
Not a summary of a sales call. A real audit, the same one we run before every build we ship.
A written architecture map of your operation
A prioritized roadmap
The ROI math on your biggest gap
A fixed scope and quote for the build
How it works
Free call first. Then the deep work. Then a plan you own.
Before you pay anything, we spend thirty minutes mapping your operation and naming what is slowing it down. If there is no problem worth solving, we tell you, and there is no Blueprint to buy. That call is also where we scope your Blueprint to the complexity of your business.
Fixed fee, agreed before we start. We go deep: your systems, your data, your workflows, your numbers. This is the same rigorous audit we run before every build we have ever shipped, packaged so you can buy the thinking on its own.
Usually within one to two weeks. The architecture map, the roadmap, the ROI math, and the fixed build scope and quote. It is yours to keep and act on, with us or with your own team. No lock-in.
The Blueprint is a finished deliverable, not a sales call in disguise. Build with us, take it to your own team, or sit on it for a quarter. The architecture map, the roadmap, and the build scope are yours to keep and act on.
Questions
Straight answers.
How much does the Blueprint cost?
From $1,500, scoped to the complexity of your operation. A small, owner-operated business sits at the entry point. A larger business with more systems and locations scopes higher. We set the exact number on the free diagnostic call, before you commit to anything, so there are no surprises.
What is the difference between this and the free diagnostic?
The free thirty-minute diagnostic tells you whether there is a problem worth solving and roughly where it is. The Blueprint is the deep, paid engagement that maps your whole operation, names what your biggest gap costs in dollars, and hands you a fixed scope and quote for the fix. The diagnostic is the conversation. The Blueprint is the document.
Why is it paid, not free?
Because it is real work with a real deliverable, not a sales pitch. The free thirty-minute diagnostic is where we decide together whether a Blueprint is even worth commissioning. The Blueprint itself is days of deep audit and architecture work that ends in a document you own. Charging a fair fixed fee means the people who commission one are serious, and that our work is respected.
Do I have to build with Krastor after?
No. The Blueprint is yours. The architecture map, the roadmap, and the build scope are documents you own and can hand to your own team or any builder. There is no lock-in. Most people build with us because the plan and the person who wrote it are the same, but you are never obligated.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two weeks from kickoff, depending on the complexity we scope on the diagnostic call. You give us access and an intake conversation, we do the deep work, and you get the document.
