AI consulting in Wake County
An honest map before anyone sells you a tool.
Wake County had 33,873 business locations in 2023, and 9,618 of them employ between 10 and 499 people, the densest mid-size market in North Carolina. Most have been pitched AI by national platforms, local resellers, and their own software vendors, each selling the thing they happen to stock.
That's the gap consulting fills. Not a sales pitch with a report stapled to it: a map of where your hours actually go, what each fix is worth, and what to leave alone. Some of what we map, you shouldn't automate at all, and we'll say so.
That holds across Wake County: in Cary and Apex, Wake Forest and Garner, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and Morrisville, and out in Knightdale, Wendell, and Zebulon.

Examples
Questions Raleigh owners ask us first.
These aren't a limit. They're where the same tasks come up most often.
Professional services & firms
"Our partners are the bottleneck on every proposal." Usually the drafting and the follow-up, in that order, and the Blueprint proves it with your own numbers before a dollar is spent building.
Construction & development
"Estimates wait on me while I'm on sites all day." The map shows how much of the estimate is assembly an agent can draft, and what must stay with the estimator.
Home services & property
"Leads come in faster than we can call them back." The diagnostic counts the leak precisely, because in a market growing this fast, the leak is the business.
How it works
Start. Build. Stay.
Start
We start with the readiness assessment. It's a few questions, and your score is emailed to you with the one gap worth fixing first.
Build
We build the system into how your business actually runs, using the tools you already have where we can, and stay close while your team gets used to it.
Stay
We keep it running, check its work, and show you what it saved and what it earned. We own the architecture. You own the tools. No lock-in, no disappearing act.

Questions
Straight answers.
What does the Blueprint cost, exactly?
A fixed fee starting at $1,500, set before we start. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice. If the diagnostic finds nothing worth building, you've spent $1,500 to know that for certain, and the plan is yours.
Do you work with businesses in Raleigh and Wake County?
Yes. Krastor is based in Clyde, North Carolina.
Can you do the diagnostic walkthrough at our Raleigh office?
Yes. On-site diagnostics are available across Wake County and the Triangle.
How long does a diagnostic take?
Most are done within a couple of weeks of kickoff, including the walkthrough of your operation and the written plan. We'll give you the date in writing before we start.
Will you just sell us your own build at the end?
The Blueprint is a fixed-fee plan with dollar figures you can check. If another firm builds it better, take it to them. Most clients stay because the plan was honest, not because they're locked in.
