Custom software and integrations in Raleigh, North Carolina

Custom software and integrations for Raleigh businesses. Built when off-the-shelf falls short.

Sometimes the tool you need doesn't exist: a portal your customers can actually use, a quoting tool that knows your prices, a dashboard that knows your operation. We design and build it, connect it to everything else you run, and put it on accounts you own. Krastor is based in Clyde, in Haywood County, in the North Carolina mountains, and serves Raleigh and the Triangle on site and remotely.

Custom software in Wake County

The missing link for Triangle firms that outgrew their tools.

Triangle firms outgrow generic software in specific ways: the proposal process that lives in four tools, the client onboarding that takes eleven steps across three logins, the report a client expects that takes a person a day to build.

The fix is usually smaller than feared: one missing piece, built to fit what's already in place. A client portal, a proposal configurator, a dashboard that reads your real systems. Built once, on your accounts, maintained by us.

That holds across Wake County: in Cary and Apex, Wake Forest and Garner, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and Morrisville, and out in Knightdale, Wendell, and Zebulon.

Raleigh at a glance

The capital city, growing in every direction at once.

What we build when the fix needs building

The missing piece, built and connected.

01

Customer portals

Your customers check their job, their order, or their balance themselves, in a portal with your name on it, instead of calling your office.
02

Dashboards and configurators

Quoting and configuration tools that price from your real rules: your options list, your rates, your actual product line.
03

Integrations between your systems

The CRM, the books, the operational system, and the follow-up, passing work to each other with no human carrying it.
04

Payment and transaction systems

Deposits, progress payments, and final bills collected inside the flow of the work, with the records landing in your books automatically.
05

Built on the Company Brain

The tools we build draw on your Company Brain, so a portal answers from your real policies and a configurator prices from your real past jobs, not from a demo database.
06

Built on your accounts

Your domain, your hosting, your payment accounts. We build as your developer, on ground you control outright.

Rules to know

AI and data rules in North Carolina.

Questions

Straight answers.

Who owns what?

Your website, your data, and your accounts live under your logins and stay yours, exportable any time. Krastor owns the automation architecture and agent designs we bring to the work; you license those while we run them. The exact split is in writing before anything is built.

How is this different from hiring a developer?

A developer hands you software and leaves. We build the piece, connect it to the rest of your operation, run it afterward, and report on what it does for the business. If it stops earning, you'll hear it from us.

Do you work with businesses in Raleigh and Wake County?

Yes. Krastor is based in Clyde, North Carolina.

Can you connect our CRM to our accounting so proposals stop getting retyped?

Yes. That's one of the most common integrations we build here: the proposal lands, the engagement posts, and the records match without a second entry.

What happens to our data and accounts if we stop working with you?

They stay yours. We'll hand over a clean export and documentation, and the transition terms are agreed in writing before the build starts, not negotiated on the way out.
