AI in your team's work in Charlotte, North Carolina
AI in your team's work for Charlotte businesses. The help is already inside your tools.
Charlotte at a glance
A banking town that runs on small business.
Charlotte is the second-largest banking center in the United States, behind only New York, and home to the headquarters of Bank of America and Truist, with Wells Fargo running major East Coast operations here. But the day-to-day economy runs on the firms around those towers: the suppliers, trades, logistics companies, and service businesses that keep the city moving. Mecklenburg County employment grew 6.8% in a single recent year, and growth like that strains follow-up, quoting, and scheduling first. That strain is where we come in.

Where we work in Charlotte
Across the city and the metro.
We're based in Western North Carolina and our founder is building out of Charlotte, so this is home turf, not a market we're testing. Uptown's professional firms around the towers; South End's growing shops and restaurants; NoDa's owner-run businesses; Ballantyne's corporate offices and practices; University City around UNC Charlotte. The metro too: Huntersville and Cornelius, Concord's distribution parks, Gastonia, Matthews, Pineville, and Rock Hill just over the line in South Carolina.

Examples
Where this pays back first in Charlotte.
These aren't a limit. They're the desks where drafting, searching, and summarizing eat the week.
Finance and the firms around it
Advisors and accountants spend their days drafting client emails, summarizing meetings, and answering the same questions from the same documents. AI inside their existing tools drafts the first version, and a person approves what goes out.
Professional services
Intake summaries, first-draft documents, and answers pulled from the firm's own precedents, inside the software your team already opens. Your people spend their hours on judgment, not assembly.
Logistics and distribution
Dispatchers and coordinators drowning in status emails. Drafted replies, summarized threads, and reports that assemble themselves, so the day goes to exceptions instead of the inbox.
Construction and trades
Estimators and office managers turning field notes into quotes, schedules, and follow-ups. The drafting happens from your templates and past jobs; your team checks it and sends it.
How it works
Start. Build. Stay.
Start
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. We look at how your team actually spends the day and find the drafting, summarizing, and searching eating their hours, then put a dollar figure on it. The Krastor Blueprint is the written plan that comes out of it: fixed fee, starting at $1,500, and yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
Build
We build AI into the tools your team already uses, starting with the one workflow eating the most hours, and train the team on it with their real work, not a demo. The first fix is live fast, usually inside the first two weeks.
Stay
We stay on to keep it running and keep it improving, and we report what it earned you in dollars. You own the tools, the data, and the code. If you ever stop, all of it stays with you. What you lose is us keeping it running.
Rules to know
AI and data rules in North Carolina.
As of September 2026, North Carolina has not passed a broad AI law or consumer-privacy law that applies to private businesses. Federal rules and your industry's rules still apply.
If you handle health, financial, or children's data, keep it out of public AI tools unless your vendor contract covers it. Private, on-site AI is an option when it can't leave the building.
This is a plain-English summary, not legal advice.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do you have an office in Charlotte?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Krastor is based in Western North Carolina. Our founder is building out of Charlotte, and we work with Charlotte businesses remotely and on site. You get the same team either way.
Will our team actually use it?
That is the design constraint. AI goes inside the tools they already open every day, the training uses their real work, and we stay on to check what is getting used and fix what isn't. Tools that need a separate login and a new habit are the ones that die.
Does this mean buying new AI subscriptions for everyone?
Not usually. We start with what your business already pays for where it fits, and the setup is model-agnostic, so you can switch AI models later without a rebuild. If a tool isn't earning its seat, we'll say so.
What size business do you work with?
Businesses with roughly 10 to 250 employees. Big enough to have real repeat work worth automating, small enough that the owner or an ops lead can make the call.
How do we start?
With a free 30-minute diagnostic. We map how the work gets done, find what's costing you the most, and send a written assessment whether you hire us or not. Book it here: https://cal.com/krastor/intro
