Custom software and integrations in Charlotte, North Carolina
Custom software and integrations for Charlotte businesses. Built when off-the-shelf falls short.
Charlotte at a glance
A banking town that runs on small business.
Charlotte is the second-largest banking center in the United States, behind only New York, and home to the headquarters of Bank of America and Truist, with Wells Fargo running major East Coast operations here. But the day-to-day economy runs on the firms around those towers: the suppliers, trades, logistics companies, and service businesses that keep the city moving. Mecklenburg County employment grew 6.8% in a single recent year, and growth like that strains follow-up, quoting, and scheduling first. That strain is where we come in.

Where we work in Charlotte
Across the city and the metro.
We're based in Western North Carolina and our founder is building out of Charlotte, so this is home turf, not a market we're testing. Uptown's professional firms around the towers; South End's growing shops and restaurants; NoDa's owner-run businesses; Ballantyne's corporate offices and practices; University City around UNC Charlotte. The metro too: Huntersville and Cornelius, Concord's distribution parks, Gastonia, Matthews, Pineville, and Rock Hill just over the line in South Carolina.

Examples
What's worth building first in Charlotte.
These aren't a limit. They're the gaps we see costing real hours.
Finance and the firms around it
Client portals where customers see their documents and status without calling your office, and dashboards that pull the firm's numbers into one view your partners trust.
Logistics and distribution
Order-tracking portals and the integrations between warehouse, accounting, and carrier systems, so status is a screen your team checks, not a game of phone tag.
Construction and trades
Configurators and quoting tools built on your real pricing rules. The proof we point to: a 9-model live product configurator we built for a custom builder, running since April 2026.
Professional services
Intake portals that build the client file as the client fills them in, connected straight to your CRM, so the first meeting starts with the paperwork already done.
How it works
Start. Build. Stay.
Start
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. We find the gap your current tools can't close, check honestly whether something off-the-shelf closes it, and put a dollar figure on building only what's missing. The Krastor Blueprint is the written plan that comes out of it: fixed fee, starting at $1,500, and yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
Build
We design and build the missing piece, in your name and on your accounts, and connect it to the systems it has to talk to. You see it working with your real data before it goes live, not in a slide deck.
Stay
We stay on to keep it running and keep it improving, and we report what it earned you in dollars. You own the tools, the data, and the code. If you ever stop, all of it stays with you. What you lose is us keeping it running.
Rules to know
AI and data rules in North Carolina.
As of September 2026, North Carolina has not passed a broad AI law or consumer-privacy law that applies to private businesses. Federal rules and your industry's rules still apply.
If you handle health, financial, or children's data, keep it out of public AI tools unless your vendor contract covers it. Private, on-site AI is an option when it can't leave the building.
This is a plain-English summary, not legal advice.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do you have an office in Charlotte?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Krastor is based in Western North Carolina. Our founder is building out of Charlotte, and we work with Charlotte businesses remotely and on site. You get the same team either way.
Do we own the code?
Yes. The tools, the data, and the code are yours, built in your name and on your accounts, and the software subscriptions go on your card, not ours. If you ever stop working with us, all of it stays with you. What you lose is us keeping it running.
How is this different from hiring a developer?
A developer builds what you spec. We start with the diagnostic, so what's built is tied to the work costing you the most, and we stay on to run and improve it. One team accountable for the whole thing, not a handoff.
What size business do you work with?
Businesses with roughly 10 to 250 employees. Big enough to have real repeat work worth automating, small enough that the owner or an ops lead can make the call.
How do we start?
With a free 30-minute diagnostic. We map how the work gets done, find what's costing you the most, and send a written assessment whether you hire us or not. Book it here: https://cal.com/krastor/intro
